You Deserve Downtime.

“We were disappointed with our experience, especially considering this was a nearly $15,000 reservation. Two days before our trip, we discovered through the check-in instructions that we had been moved to a different property than the one we originally booked. We were never proactively notified and only learned of the change after noticing the address was different and asking about it. While the replacement home was nearby, it was not the same property we selected. The original home featured a rear balcony, which was one of the reasons we booked it, and the bunk room setup was different, with twin bunks instead of the full-size bunks shown in the original listing. The elevator also did not work during our stay and was never repaired, and the gourmet ice maker listed with the original property was not available. The home was nice overall, but the lack of communication, property substitution, and missing amenities made this experience fall short of expectations.”

“We had a large group with this reservation and everyone had the best time. Every person we came into contact with or spoke to with this property was so gracious, helpful, and overall the best. Quick response each time of questions and the kindest people. We can’t thank you enough for making our stay wonderful. The home is absolutely gorgeous!! The pool is the perfect size and looks so good at night with the lights. The kitchen and living areas are wonderful. The beds were so comfy!! Everything was clean and just as it was listed. Thank you again.”

“The home is beautiful and very convenient to the beach. The golf cart is great! But there are no beach chairs or umbrellas so come prepared. Also no stroller as advertised so if you need one bring one.”
