My family, husband, two young children, and I stayed here for six weeks and it truly became our home for a short amount of time. The home was beautiful and it had enough space to have family visit. We had the pool heated and it was so wonderful having the pool just steps from the back door. The beach is only less than a mile away so taking daily walks as a family to the beach became one of our daily routines! <br/>The host was always responsive and willing to help. We would definitely visit again!

Overall, the house was really nice. It was clean. Great location, steps from the beach. LSV was awesome to have to drive down to Seaside and Watercolor areas. Cons: Many, many steps so consider this if elderly. The ice maker in the kitchen didn't work- host was notified. The main problem we had was the check in time was not honored, the host and his crew were cleaning the house when we arrived at the agreed upon check in time. My elderly parents were not expecting to wait an hour or so after a long drive to get in the house. This was unfortunate as we would have made other plans if we had been notified of their delay.

The host was friendly and very responsive. It was a great place to host our family. The home was very clean, making it easy for everyone to settle in. We enjoyed the pool, which provided a perfect setting for our gatherings and relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The property is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels luxury at first glance. The location is perfect, communication was excellent, and the golf cart was such a fun and convenient touch. We really did enjoy our time here.<br/>One thing we wish we had known ahead of time, though, is that many of the basic necessities are only stocked for a very short stay. Items like toilet paper, trash bags, olive oil, salt and pepper, and toiletries were provided in very limited quantities. For a longer stay, this meant we needed to purchase full-size replacements across the board, which was unexpected given the otherwise high-end experience.<br/>This isn’t a complaint as much as a heads-up for future guests. If you’re staying more than a couple of days, plan to pick up these basics early so there are no surprises.<br/>That said, this is still a lovely property with great hosts, and we’re grateful for the experience!

host was super responsive with any issues, concerns and also provided great recommendations for things to do in the area along 30a. The bnb was clean and look like the listing photos and we were a stones throw away from the beach. we definitely enjoyed our time!

This was a beautiful and homely place to stay for a week with family and friends. Enough privacy as all the rooms are very separate with own en suite. Beautiful furnishings and all the amenities were in excellent shape. Loved the Argentine style bbq. Great communication from host and staff. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

I have traveled to this area for over 30 years and this place provided a perfect location for navigating the Seacrest community and access to their wonderful pool and a very short bike ride or walk to the ocean access. One thing very unique about this place is the ability to feel away from the crowds but yet the minutes from the fray having access to 98 to get to the public grocery store within three minutes provided a great advantage for this property. The host provided a very nice welcome package with coffee, sugars, and treats upon our arrival that added to a very hospitable week away from the day-to-day chaos of life. I would highly recommend this property for anyone with children or other family to share as the house was very spacious and accommodating
