House was beautiful and just as described. Golf cart was a huge plus, as it was several blocks to the beach. The pool was not heated yet so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. I loved being on the “quiet end” of Panama City Beach at Laguna Beach. We were in short driving distance of plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
Great home, new and well kept. Everything was in good order and as shown on the webpage. I would recommend this place to anyone.
My family and I have been coming to Santa Rosa for many years and we all said that this may have been our favorite trip! The house was spacious, close to the beach, and close to our favorite restaurants and shopping. Our favorite part may have been the golf cart. We would all ride it multiple times a day. It was super convenient for riding to seaside with easy parking! The bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of room. You could tell house has been well loved and had a few problems like ceiling fans not working, loose handles on shower doors, loose bike chain, and appliances in the kitchen that didn’t work right (slow ice maker and loose dishwasher door). The description said the house would be equipped with starter supplies like trash bags, shampoo, paper towels and salt and pepper, but all were missing on arrival. These were all small hiccups, but one would expect more attention to details like this for the price. Overall, we would love to stay again!

Our stay here was great. Though we were able to let ourselves in, Brady came by to give us a tour of the house and share all the features. He spoke about downtime's dedication to providing the extra little touches that make a stay memorable, and the stay did not disappoint. The house is as pictured and all of the rooms and views were lovely. Little details that went a long way included: direct beach access across the street and unobstructed views, an elevator that made transporting luggage and groceries easy, a pool that heats quickly and has easy to use controls, four different fridges, plenty of towels, paper towels, trash bags and dishwashing liquid. We really found it easy to settle in quickly and our group of two families with 5 kids under the age of ten loved it!
We had a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was extremely clean and brand new, which made it even more comfortable and enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
Almost perfect! The house was clean, spacious, and in a beautiful location with plenty to do. We had a few things that could have gone better. I had to ask several times, including after Check-in began, for the door code since it was missing from the check-in instructions. Only 3 bikes were on property when we arrived, and I had to reach out several times before the advertised 4th bike arrived, which was on the second full day instead of the first day as promised. The third issue isn’t the fault of the property but is worth mentioning to prepare future guests. While we enjoyed having a golf cart, we were very disappointed that Watercolor now charges $25 to park a golf cart at the Beach Club and at Camp Watercolor each time. There is some street parking that is free, but that can be hard to find. Despite these issues, Watercolor is really an amazing place, and this property was great. I suggest adding towel hooks in bathrooms. We liked the welcome boxes and easy check-out!
