Had a wonderful stay here, it's really perfect for family. We appreciate the attention to details such as super clean and organized linens in the bedrooms, comfortable beds, interior, layout of the home. We loved the pool and how close it was to the private feeling of Laguna beach, just golf cart away. Will be staying again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved staying here. It was very clean and everything as described. The golf cart was great for getting to the beach and wherever else you wanted to go. The beaches here aren’t overcrowded so that is a definite plus also. We had 7 people in our group and had plenty of room and there was space for more. Brady was very helpful with anything we needed. Very simple check-in and checkout. We thought everything was perfect. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

We had the best time! Brady was a great host and there to help with anything we needed. He even brought us donuts one day! The house is as described and everything was perfect. It’s in a great location and was easy to navigate to all the local restaurants, shops and the beach! We will definitely be back! :)

The Home was new construction and as pictured. Kids loved the pool and the golf cart was a plus. Bikes were listed as available to guest for use but were not actually available. Unfortunately, the furniture had rips and needed to be deep cleaned (which was offered while we were there) but the host explained the property was newly acquired and those items would be replaced soon. Outside of that the place was nice and clean and cool. The area is up and coming so be aware that it's in a quiet community that has quite a few mobile homes on your way in and the next lot over from the house. I don't feel that was fully disclosed so I was surprised. Still a quiet community and short drive on the golf cart to the beach but I suggest google the area. Shopping and better restaurants are 30 minutes away on 30A, Destin Miramar area. I had never been to Panama City Beach and not a fan.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Cancellation policy

This property follows Downtime Vacation Rentals’s standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Downtime Vacation Rentals will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Downtime Vacation Rentals will match it.
